Purchasing an appraisal/valuation or inspection from SFH, Inc. is not a warranty for your vehicle. Inspections and appraisals/valuations are based on the opinion of our experienced staff and over 20 years of auto industry experience. We provide you with the information to make informed choices about your potential purchase, as an unbiased third party. The information we provide you with comes from the seller's representation of the vehicle combined with our thorough investigation of the vehicle as described in our services section. SFH, Inc. and its affiliates do not bond, insure or guarantee vehicles. 

All auto appraisal/valuation results are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the permission of the client. No refunds are given after services have been provided. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment, there is a $125 cancellation fee plus any expenses incurred which could include time and travel. If an order is cancelled prior to 24 hours of a confirmed appointment and no expenses have been incurred, there will be no charge. If expenses have been incurred, the client will be responsible for reimbursement of those expenses.

All vehicle appraisals/valuations are made with the understanding that the vehicle appraiser/appraisal company (SFH, Inc.) assumes no liability with respect to any action that may be taken on the basis of this vehicle appraisal/valuation and includes matters that might become apparent from disassembling or from the repeated use of this vehicle. The vehicle appraiser is not required to appear in court or give testimony regarding the vehicle appraisal or the appraised vehicle unless arranged prior to the event and compensated for those services. SFH, Inc. does not make any opinion to the legal status of the title of the vehicle, which is assumed to be good and marketable. Information, opinions and statements given by the client or vehicle representative are considered trustworthy and the vehicle appraiser assumes no responsibility for their accuracy. SFH,Inc. cannot be held liable for its opinions/valuations/appraisals. When you make a purchase on this site, you are agreeing to our policies and terms.
