When you are unable to get in front of the vehicle you are thinking about investing in, we can help.
It can be difficult for buyers and sellers to communicate accurately about a vehicle at a distance. Both can become emotional about the vehicle and this can lead to disappointment when vehicles are delivered to their new homes sight unseen. By hiring an appraiser to examine a vehicle you think might be "the one," we can ensure that it really is.
When you can't make it to the car of your dreams, we can. If that vehicle is based in a State where we have offices, we can accommodate your needs. Whether you are bidding on a car or just viewing a car for sale, we can be get in front of the car for you to help you make sound investments.

Our pre-purchase auto appraisals/valuation include:
- Initial consultation, review of ad copy and ad photos (up to 30 min).
- Review/inclusion of your list if you have specific requests.
- Carfax report pulled and provided
- Photos of entire vehicle including underside (Up to 15 photos)
- Report panel by panel of major flaws, body work etc.
- Paint Meter all body panels for previous paintwork
- Under body thoroughly inspected on site.
- Review of title and or registration and VIN match to vehicle (if provided)
- Test drive (insurance, weather, & permission a must)
- Final consultation, after photo & document review (up to 30 min)
Pre-Purchase Auto Inspection (above list) - $275.00
Travel to and from inspection site - $47.00/hour all-inclusive (No charge if within a 25 mile radius of our Appraiser)
PayPal is the accepted payment method (You can use a credit card via PayPal) and customers must pay half the fee in advance. Refunds are given only when a vehicle is sold before we can inspect said vehicle. Please note that if an order is cancelled after having been booked, there will be a $75.00 cancellation fee. Further, there are no refunds given on inspections cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time. Again, this service is only offered in a State where we have offices, so please inquire via our contact form.
Phone Consult
Phone consultation on perspective vehicle purchase, with a seller interview and a Carfax provided by us for only $85. We "weed" through the potential issues for you. We have been doing this for so long that we can almost assure you we can tell if there is something fishy going on.
Auto Appraisal/Valuation
Auto appraisal/valuation. This service includes researched comparable vehicles, not just book value quotes. Most insurance companies that you have a "stated value" policy with will require a certified appraisal. It is also a wise investments to have one, so in unfortunate event you have a loss on your vehicle you will have an important piece of the compensation package ready to go. This is not a pre-purchase auto inspection, but our pre-purchase auto inspection customers enjoy a discounted rate of $49 on certified auto appraisals.
We offer both in-person(if you are local to one of our offices) or internet valuation packages.
In-person appraisals are a $349 investment within 25 miles of our offices. Extra travel charges apply for further distances. Please email us for a quote. Complete the Appraisal Form to begin this process. This appraisal will also include high-res photos from our appraisal for your records.
